How do I shop on the online store?
You can simply click on the categories - HOME DÉCOR, HOME FRAGRANCE, KITCHENWARE, STATIONERY, FASHION ACCESSORIES, GIFTS, or mouse over the categories for the sub categories underneath for exploring individual items you are interested in, OR if you know the product names or brands you like to explore, you can type that in the search box at the top right corner of the page.
How do I place an order online?
Once you have found an item, choose all the shown options like the quantity, model or colors, then click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Continue browsing if you like to shop further. Click ‘VIEW CART’ to proceed to check out.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No need but if you set up an account with us upon placing an order, you can view your order history and keep track of order status by signing in. And with an account with us, you will receive seasonal sales and promotion offers through email from us.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes we keep all data we received for order processing private and confidential. Only authorized staff can contact you for order follow up. Please refer to privacy policy for more details.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Go to the sign in page, then click on ‘Forgot your password’ and then input the registered email address. An email for resetting the password will be sent to the registered email.
Can I place my order over the phone or email?
Yes. Please contact us through email at orders@ecols.com 24/7 or through phone at (852) 3106 4918 during office hours (Mon – Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, except public holidays)
What payment methods does ECOLS accept?
Paypal. Visas, Masters and American Express on Paypal platform.
What currency do I pay in?
At this moment, ECOLS online store marks the price in Hong Kong Dollars but you do have an option to choose which currency to pay in on the Paypal payment platform at checking out.
Which countries does ECOLS ship to?
We ship worldwide with shipping restrictions on some particular items.
Can I order a gift here? How does a gift order look like?
Yes and please view our gift packaging page for more details. Simply specify your gift-wrapping request in the remark box before checkout. Prices will not be displayed in the dispatch paperwork sent to your recipient.
How long does a delivery take and how much will it cost?

How is my order packed and is product well protected for delivery?
Every order is packed with recycled or recyclable packaging materials and put in a reusable bag. Every single step of packing we will try to minimize waste that could possibly end up in landfills. We appreciate much if you would be just like us, try to recycle or upcycle all the materials that you are going to receive.
We try our best to make sure the order is sufficiently protected for the transit. And we assure all orders are sent out in good condition. However if the order is found with damages upon delivery, please contact us immediately through email with product photos and order number for exchange or refund arrangement within 5 days of delivery receipt. After 5 days of delivery receipt, no request for return or exchange of faulty or damaged items will be accepted.
And to ensure products arrive safely, we keep the delivery proof of all orders with recipient signature.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Does ECOLS ship to multiple addresses?
Not in a single order but separate orders. But as always we try to serve you better, you may email us at orders@ecols.com with your specific requests.
What does it mean by ‘for local orders only’ in the product description?
There are regulations we should follow for air shipments. We make a remark at the individual product description for the particular item not possible for overseas non Hong Kong shipment. Therefore for those items, we can only ship locally.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately it is not possible.
Can I cancel an order before it is dispatched?
Yes please contact us through email at orders@ecols.com immediately.
How can I track my order?
Click on the link of the follow up email or if you created an account with us, you can view the order history on the My Account page and track the order there.
Can online orders be returned or exchanged?
Only faulty items will be exchanged within the said period. If the order is found with damages upon delivery, please contact us immediately through email with product photos and order number for exchange or refund arrangement within 5 days of delivery receipt. After 5 days of delivery receipt, no request for return or exchange of faulty or damaged items will be accepted.
